After doing some testing the last few days removing and adding differnet stuff like vmware and things that i thought might have some kext effecting network in some way or another i think i have isolated the problem.. I was running Hands off! version 3.1.3 and when i removed it the problem didnt occur and I have now updated hands off and it have not happened yet... The problem though is that since this usually take 3-6 hours to happen after closing the lid of the computer its quite hard to understand exactly if it was going to happen or not since it didnt happen every night earlier either, it would happen maybe 4 out of 7 days for example...
Anyways, I think i have isolated the problem to being Hands Off!(3.1.3) a firewall program that run no matter what user you are logged in with so thats why changing user did nothing etc. Now im just going to hope that just updating to 3.1.4 was enough or that this was what actually caused it.. Will report again in a week or so and update whats going.

For other people that find themselves with this problem and don¨t have 'hands off' a solution i find to work was to turn off the wifi every night before closing the lid.. that would also stop the crashing so that might be a temporary solution for people that have this problem with other programs or for other reasons.
